The Association may collect personal information to the extent necessary from inquiries about our business and from applications to participate in seminars and other events.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We will use personal information collected from customers for the following purposes only:

To contact customers
To respond to inquiries from customers
To provide services to customers

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not disclose or provide personal information obtained from customers to third parties.
However, the following cases are excluded:

When we have the consent of the customer
In the case of a request from the police or other public authorities
When required by law

Disclosure and correction of personal information

If a customer requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of his/her own information, we will comply with the request reliably.

The Association will strive to maintain a system for the proper handling of personal information and to provide ongoing internal training.
